箸箱緩衝材のレシプロ量産
箸と箸置きの緩衝材です。
材質はA-8です。
加工はレシプロによる2次元加工です。
箸と箸置きは厚みの違う材料で底上げをしています。
図面はお客様からご指示いただいた寸法でCAD図面を起こし、
試作をして寸法を微調整しました。
スポット案件で数量もそれほど多くなかったので、今回はレシプロでの製作となりました。
